York was held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 19th day of December 2012

Supervisor Blau called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.
RESOLUTION #132
EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board go into executive session to discuss union negotiations at 6:31.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board come out of executive session at 8:15 P.M.
On a motion by Councilman Schachtler, seconded by Councilman Ford the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P.M. Carried unanimously.
