SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING JANUARY 2, 2013
A special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Marshall, County of Oneida and the State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 2ND day of January 2013.

Gary R. Ford Councilman
Susan McConnell Councilwoman
Sean McNamara Councilman
Eric Schachtler Councilman
Nancy A. Matteson Town Clerk
OTHER PRESENT:
Steve Lollman Highway Superintendent
Bob Welch Deputy Highway Superintendent
Mike Lahey March Engineer
Chris Crolius March Architect
Supervisor Blau called the meeting to order at the New Town Garage at 6:30 P.M.
Chris Crolius and Mike Lahey did a walk through with the Town Board Members. The punch list was discussed and some items were added to it.
The Town Board Members adjourned to the Town Hall at 8:00 P.M. Councilman Schachtler did not attend the meeting at the Town Hall because he had a family emergency.
RESOLUTION #1
EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell, seconded by Councilman Ford the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, McNamara

RESOLVED that the Town Board go into executive session to discuss union negotiations at 8:04 P.M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilman McNamara the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, McNamara
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board come out of executive session at 8:50 P.M.
The Town Board worked on the 2013 appointments. This process will continue Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 6:30 P.M.
Councilman McNamara felt that the Town of Marshall should have put the contractors on notice. They needed to work extra hours to put them back on schedule so the building would not have fallen so far behind schedule.
