Richard Smith met with Al Young from NYMIR that day (January 15, 2013).
The Town Board would like a list of upgrade items that have been paid (undisputed) and a list of the remaining items that need to be paid.
In regard to the air rotation unit, the adjusters need more information from H C Brandeles and Peter Burns.
The adjusters will look into the Clerk of the Works.
The adjusters will help the town file a complaint with the Insurance Department. Councilman Schachtler feels the Town should go ahead with the complaint.
