York was held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 30th day of January 2013

Supervisor Blau called the meeting to order at 3:05 P.M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell, seconded by Councilman Ford the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler

RESOLVED that the Town Board go into executive session to discuss the union contract at 3:05 P.M.

On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler

RESOLVED that the Town Board come out of executive session at 4:55 P.M.
RESOLUTION #23
MEDICAL INSURANCE EMPLOYEES
On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell, seconded by Councilman Ford the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board continue with the current Medical Insurance Plan Q8-D RX6M EPO with United HealthCare effective March 1, 2013.

On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler

RESOLVED that the Supervisor pay the audited bill in the following amounts.
HIGHWAY GARAGE 7-8 $20,237.42
Next meeting will be February 7, 2013 at 6:30 P.M.
On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell, seconded by Councilman Ford the meeting was adjourned at 5:00 P.M. Carried unanimously.
