York was held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 7th day of February 2013

Supervisor Blau called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board go into executive session to discuss the union contract 6:30 P. M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell, seconded by Councilman Ford the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Schachtler
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board come out of executive session at 7:35 P.M.
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilman Schachtler the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 P.M. Carried unanimously.
