York was held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 13THday of March 2013.

Supervisor Blau called the meeting to order at 12:40 P.M.

On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Blau

RESOLVED that the Town Board go into executive session to discuss union negotiations at 12:41 P.M.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Blau
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board come out of executive session at 1:24 P.M.
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the meeting was adjourned at 1:26 P.M. Carried unanimously.
