SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING APRIL 11, 2013
A special meeting of the town Board of the Town of Marshall, County of Oneida and the State of New
York was held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 11THday of April 2013.
PRESENT: Nelson A. Blau Supervisor
Gary R. Ford Councilman
Susan McConnell Councilwoman
ABSENT: Sean McNamara Councilman
Eric Schachtler Councilman
Nancy A. Matteson Town Clerk
Supervisor Blau called the meeting to order at 6:36 PM.
The purpose of this meeting is to interview for the recreation directors for 2013.
RESOLUTION #72
EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Blau
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board went into executive session to interview candidates for summer recreation directors at 6:37 PM.
RESOLUTION #73
EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell, seconded by Councilman Ford the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Ford, McConnell, Blau
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town Board come out of executive session at 7:10 PM.
RESOLUTION #74
RECREATION DIRECTORS
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes Ford, McConnell, Blau
Nays 0
RESOLVED that the Town of Marshall will hire Mary Blunt and Colleen Iles for summer recreation directors.
On a motion by Councilman Ford, seconded by Councilwoman McConnell the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 PM. Carried unanimously.
