The regular meeting of the Town
Board of the Town of Marshall, County of Oneida, and the State of New York was
held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 11th
day of March, 2014.

RESOLUTION # 27
On a motion by Councilman Schachtler, seconded by
Councilman Buschmann, the following resolution was ADOPTED

RESOLVED that the Town Board give Judge Ingraham permission to
interview for security for Court nights and to have the County come in for
security inspection.

On a motion by Councilwoman McConnell and seconded by
Councilman Buschmann, the Board went into executive session to discuss possible
litigation at 8:45pm. Only Board members, Supervisor & Attorney were
present.
On a motion by Councilman Williams and seconded by
Councilman Buschmann, the Board came out of executive session at 9:30 pm. Carried unanimously.
On a motion by Councilman Schachtler and seconded by
Councilman Buschmann, the Board meeting was adjourned at 9:33pm. Carried
unanimously.
