The regular meeting of the Town
Board of the Town of Marshall, County of Oneida, and the State of New York was
held at the Town Hall, 2651 State Rte. 12B, Deansboro, NY on the 9th
day of December, 2014.

Sturdevant called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm with the pledge to the flag.

RESOLUTION # 97
MINUTES
On a motion by Councilman Buschmann, seconded by Councilman
Williams, the following resolution was ADOPTED

RESOLVED that the Town Board accept Carbone’s quote of $18,053
for a new truck, county bid price, with $6,100 allowed for trade-in.

need tires next year.

for exhaust fan, only received one bid from three places. Will try to get more
bids.

Grad-all motor is
good, muffler is plugged.
RESOLUTION # 98

Project Fund (Salt Barn) to General account.

Economic Development Committee – need names for
committee. Councilman Williams will look into.

Parks & Rec: Sue
McConnell showed pictures of past events. Will hold a Winter Fun Day 12/10,
10-3 with crafts, lunch & will decorate tree in front of Town Hall. Parks
& Rec will take a break in January & February.
