Pavillion 1. The pavilion and grounds shall be used at the user's risk.
2. Any group or individual using the pavilion agrees to hold the Town of Marshall harmless from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the pavilion and grounds by the group, its members and invitees.
3. There shall be no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs served or consumed on the premises.
4. The premises shall be left as they were found. The user shall repair any damage to the premises caused by the user and shall be responsible for any and all repairs.
5. All trash shall be removed by the user.
